I only want one thing out of this entire hire process, and that is that we retain Underwood. I am dying for the successful year next year that I think is possible, and if Weber keeps Underwood, then I feel very confident that success could be greater then expected. Players were not happy with Frank (we know 3 forsure, not sure how many others), so now that they SHOULD be happier, plus their skill, plus Underwood to ease the transition a crappp load, then boom... good year incoming. If we lose him, I just don't think you can have that GREAT of a year (probably good, just not great) and then we lose 3 seniors, which means the following year will be tough.
