2010 - 1 ranked opponent W- Utah Beat Wisconsin in BCS bowl game
I think any team in the Big 12 could have a pretty successful season if their hardest opponent was Utah, they certainly don't look like a powerhouse over in the PAC.
Maybe I'm alone in my opinion, but I find the Boise St's, TCU's, and Utah's of the football world to be very underwhelming but have a very favorable schedule that allows them to be successful. I'll give it to Boise for actually scheduling tough OOC games and usually winning. They've earned their stripes more so than TCU.
