Gesh. Hope we get more than that. I read an article the other day in ESPN magazine about how they think (and Royals management believes) we will be battling for the playoffs next year, be going for the AL in 2 years and be the World Champs by 2014 or 2015. It talks about how our new GM has done a great job making our Farm League the best in any franchise history from single A to triple A.

Sorry thinking 72 wins. Should keep us safe from 100 losses but I still think we have a ways to go. THIS isn't the year.

The Royals finish with 71 wins which I would call respectable and above expectations. Here's to a playoff push in 2012.
