2011 NBA Draft Prospects

Wildcats in ESPN's 2011 NBA Draft Prospects:
#14 Shooting Guard (90 overall) Jacob Pullen- Second round to undrafted
#32 Shooting Forward (132 overall) Jamar Samuels- Second round to undrafted
#46 Shooting Forward (202 overall) Curtis Kelly- Second round to undrafted
#30 Power Forward (113 overall) Wally Judge- Second round to undrafted
I'm surprised Jake is listed as a shooting guard instead of point guard. Also think Kelly should be projected higher than Jamar as a shooting forward. Thoughts?

Is it a size issue for Pullen to be listed as Second Round to Undrafted?

Definitely, that's why I was surprised he was listed as a shooting guard. It's his natural position but how many 6'0" SG do you know that play in the NBA? I think he has a chance to be a serviceable backup PG. More than likely, he won't be drafted but I hope someone takes a chance on him through free agency.

Player Evaluation for Jacob Pullen
Projection Second round to undrafted
Positives
* Deep, deep range on his jump shot
* Clutch shooter
Negatives
* Lacks size for his position
* Just an average athlete
* Doesn't see the floor well
* Poor shot selection sometimes

Dang I was wanting to disagree with whatever negatives they were going to say about him, but it sounds like they are spot on. Luckily his positives generaly out weigh those negatives.

Wow, I have to agree with Lynch. Those are spot on, but in the NBA, I think those negatives do carry more weight. In college hoops, those positives obviously make an all-american.
