Now some questions come to mind.  Since its clear that he failed the 2nd test which ='s 10% of games which is about 2/3.  I will take 3 and roll with the questions.  Kelly sat the first 3 games due to "unknown reasons" but thoughts that he might be in Franks dog house.  Was he? or was he serving his 3 game susspension for failed 2nd test.  Or..  did both Jake and Kelly receive 3 game suspensions for the clothes and Kelly served a 3 game suspension on top of that to hide his drug use?

It is my understanding that the initial 3 game suspension at the beginning of the year was because of a failed drug test which is in-line with the penalities according to the K-State Athletic Rules Book.

The reason Kelly got a 6 game instead of a 3 game was because he went over a monetary threshold that Jake hadn't quite met.

Just to be clear, if this is his 2nd failed test he will be removed from the team according to the "guidelines," however, Kelly filed an appeal so now we just have to wait and see.  It is promising that Frank said last night on a TV show that Kelly is part of the team and he doesn't see that changing.
