I got word while I was eating at Panera that Frank had an extended practice before yesterdays game....I don't get his coaching style????

I believe that is what they said (commentators) during pregame.  I would think they would be tired.  Maybe that's why they played so sloppy.  Maybe that is why they won.   :huh:
