What will be our challenges this weekend against the bears? I haven't been watching Baylor much, also does anyone know if this game will be televised this weekend?

I have not watched any of their games yet either, but they do have one of the best if not the best athlete in the Big 12 at QB. Each time we've faced a good, quick, QB we've been hurt (UCF & Nebraska). I think the line has us around a 6.5pt underdog, this sounds about right. It will be a close game.

No TV.

The lack of TV is going to kill me.  Baylor is out for their first bowl game in forever, and their 6th win, against us or not, will truly be a great milestone and step in the right direction for that program.  So expect a rush on the field if they win.

Griffin is pretty legit, and has a couple good receivers (Gordon and Wright) that you don't want to keep open for long.  Their RB is meh, and def gives up probably around 35ppg against a real opponent.

Since I consider us real, I am going to predict a 37 - 31 Cats win.  I think we will win a 3-1 turnover battle, one of those we take back for 6.  Griffin gets 3 rushing tds, DT gets about 120yds + 2 tds and Coff does the rest.

Hey anybody want to meet me in Waco for the game, that will fix the no television issue.  Considering I live in Texas (not by choice) its not a stretch for me.

RG3 definitely scares me in this one.  Lets hope for some old fashioned Snyder-ball where we grind it out and win a close one.

Am I too pessimistic?

I think you are to optomistic. I worry that we could easily lose our next 3 games, and looking at it the only one I think would be close is Baylor just because they are Baylor. Martinez had only 6 yards after first contact against us. 6 YARDS. We never touched him!
If Griffin starts running we are in trouble.

Am I too pessunustuc, heck ya, but I need to be because my heart is fragile.

RG3 vs DT is setting up to be a battle of WWE type proportions.  I think there should be a steel cage setup at mid-field and whoever leaves with the football after 60 minutes of pain is declared the winner.

With that in mind, I'm still not liking the spread of 6.5 but Vegas knows what they're doing.  We stumble after the KU destruction with some first half turnovers but squeeze out a 28-27 heartbreaker when Baylor misses a last second FG.
