Ok, I know we all know he is out so I pose this question (I don't want to but what the hell, we can dream):

How would we have done if he was out for our game??

We win easy. Irving was the cause of Pullens frustration and hammered the lane like a nickle girl all night.

We win by 10 if he doesnt play.  He has shown that he is the best PG in college basketball right now by not jus barely outplaying, but killing not only Jake but also Kalin Lucas.  This is a huge loss for Duke if it happens to be a long term injury (I hope its not, I love watching him play), but he can do whatever he wants whenever he wants with the ball.  He got to the lane over and over again agasint Pullen, the kid can ball.

Looking more and more like this is season ending, even though he could heal in a couple months, Duke is looking at medical redshirt options.

He is a VERY imporatant part of that ball team.  I know we got smacked around because of him, so I will try and not be so bias, but that guy ran the squad pretty well.  I think they luck out with Coach K on the side and a few more nonconfs left on the schedule to iron out a few wrinkles that added, but how much do you think this hurts Duke?  They are deep and all rather talented (nothing new), but this seemed to be a above normal Duke squad with him.
