K-State v ku predictions thread
« on: October 14, 2010, 06:36:16 AM »

I'm thinking something along the lines of  17-7 K-State.

D-Train has 150 Receiving yards!

This isn't going to be pretty.  :riight:

I'm getting really nervous after the debacle vs. the Nubs and the spread lowering each day.  But, most KU students and fans won't even know there is a game on a Thursday so hopefully home-field advantage should be negligible.

I like Coffman to play the first half and keep under two interceptions but Klein rolls in for the second half.  We mix it up more with the Wildcat formation and DT is able to pull through for 125 yards and 2 TDs.

I have been afraid to post my prediction, but might as well.   :-\

Lets be honest, everyone went into the Neb game with some thought like "well any Snyder team can pull off a win each and every game, is tonight going to be one of them?".  Close games against weak opponents, DT getting stopped against UCF (credit to them though, they have a top national defense), no passing game, and a defense we thought was bad at the beginning of the season, but ended up playing well here and there.  That is what we had to rely on for our little bit of hope.  So the game goes like we thought it would in the back of our mind, but now we try to evaluate the team for the remaining games.... its still impossible.  How good is Neb?  If they blow out Texas before this game, I would predict 34-13 cats.  If Neb plays a close game against Texas, I would predict 23-20 cats.  But since I wont know how their game turns out till Sat, I will be safe and go 23-20 cats.  Good news about this all, after this weekend, I think we will know EXACTLY the type of team we are.  Go Cats!   :colors:
