Well for one, I don't completely understand the new BPI yet, but will hear about it a TON come march and am welcoming the insight that will follow. Seems that the committee will be using BPI number over the RPI, which for us..... helps a TONNN. Below is an article stating so. If you don't have insider, I will sum it up quickly.
Colorado State is ranked 32nd in RPI and 90th in BPI.
They are not a tourney team and Lunardi agrees.
We are ranked 61st in RPI and 27th in BPI.
I would have to agree that we are a tourney worthy team.
