The players are apparently responding with positives comments regarding their new coach, Bruce Weber. Spradling said their practices have been good and more fun but still with intensity. HCBW says they are working on shooting.
Sitting out today due to injuries were Nino, Rodney & Angel. Gipson was out due to a death in the family.
Shawn Forrest was in the gym. Will he be announced as a part of the staff? Might be good for Texas recruiting.

I've heard all of the same things

"It was weird at first, he was encouraging them and giving them high fives instead of calling them names the entire time"
Words from my friend who is an intern with them.

I realize each coach has his/her own style for getting the most out of their players, but it seems like 2012 KSU players were not responding to the type of coaching Frank Martin used. I am hopeful that this style will produce great plays from the team.
Also heard that HCBW hopes to complete the assistants by Tuesday.
