and GO!
Now that we are a lock, its time for us to look ahead and start projecting our seed without a chance of disappointment.
Joe had us in as a 9 seed as of the 20th. Today he sent out an article and said we jumped the most from last nights crazies and are now sitting pretty with a 7. This is very very exciting news. 8 and 9 seeds are outs come second round. Happens.. what 94%? 7's have made deep runs before, but its freaking touch. Prob get knocked out second round at 72%. But.. if you are not a very high top tier team (seeds 1-5), then there is no doubt that locking in a 6 seed is the best route for the mid tier teams. Great chance winning the first game, about a even chance against the 3 seed (assuming no upsets). Then anything can happen once you make it to the sweet 16. Plus, I feel that this year.. you have UK and Cuse dominating and then there is a nice gap between them and the rest of the field. So we could get a weak 2 seed.
My wish is a 6 seed in Columbus.

I think we go in as a 7 seed.
I read your first sentence then the rest was TLDR

I think we will be a nine seed depending on how we do in the B12 tournament. I don't see the last 2 conference games meaning much beings we should win them pretty easily. If we want a 5 seed we need to make it to the B12 Championship game

I am still saying 8 seed with one win in the tourney

I'm kind of excited about the possibility of an #8 or #9 seed and a shot at a #1 seed in the 2nd Round.
