Title: What will be lost that you haven't thought of?

Just wanted to start a thread to detail some personal things that people will miss that hasn't been thought of yet.

My main thing is the Big 12 tournament.  I live in Oklahoma, so getting to KC or OKC is easy day and actually a fun trip.  No matter what conference we join, that event will be lost and the location will be further away.  I remember reading that the Big 12 held the classiest and most organized championship events yearly.

Yeah but the Big East basketball tournament would be INSANE!
