All season I've said this team has had a chance to do something big. They may not win the AL Central but they are going to give it one hell of a fight, which is something that my boys had lost the past several (10) years.
I was able to see Hosmer to get his first MLB hit last Saturday in an amazing game. I don't know if it was the best idea to bring him up for the long term (see KC's history of trading good talent early) but he has added an additional spark to a team that has started a fire in KC. These guys are playing like they care, like they have a purpose. One thing that is clearly evident if you have attended games in years past and then this year is the players genuinely cares about each other. I haven't seen this for a LONG time!
Hosmer has hit 2 home runs in back to back nights. Lets just hope management doesn't try to make money and we have him for the 2014 team when we win the World Series and begin a new Baseball Dynasty. :Salute:

I know this isn't the site for it, but I think we may do an article on how this team right now is coming together for the first time in a decade.

I think that was the headline in a preseason magazine. I haven't found it but I swear I heard that.

You heard it here. And it was on the cover of ESPN the magazine. I've update the prediction by 1 year since Hosmer has joined early and showing he is ready. I imagine the other 4 are not far behind.
