Frank Martin has gimped around for six weeks and has had all he can stand. He plans to have surgery to repair ligament damage in his right knee on March 1, which is the day after the Wildcats play at Texas on "Big Monday."
The Wildcat coach will be back on the bench on Saturday, March 5, for the regular-season finale against Iowa State.
Everyone say a prayer for the most important knee in the city of Manhattan!
