Did anyone notice Wally when the TV focused on him last night. He was cutting up on the sideline with Curtis Kelly (I think) and having a good old time. Kind of like he really didn't care what was going on in the game. I don't think he's played more than 2 minutes in the last three games combined. I think his maturity level is like high schoolish. Maybe he needs to red shirt a year so he can grow up a little. It's like he isn't ready for the big time yet. :typical: (sure using this icon alot anymore)
Thoughts, comments???? Do I just have a bad attitude today?

I am going to go with you having a bad attitude today. Being at the actual games and watching Wally on the bench is actually refreshing because he is thier biggest supporter/cheelreader. It is good to see him with such a positive attitude even though he isn't getting any minutes. I do wish I knew why JHR is getting some big minutes and Judge is not but I guess that is why I am not coaching.

Ditto. Why does Frank immediately bench Wally when he makes a mistake, but lets Jordan work things out on the floor when he screws up?

Now that I've calmed down more...has anyone noticed something different about Frank since the week that Freddy left. He seems more reinforcing of the team. More humble, maybe a little less critical of everyone. He still has his intensity at the game, but in postgame and interviews, he doesn't say much negative. Did they have a big team meeting or something.

Frank was on 810 this morning and mentioned he got a phone call from a friend shortly after the Colorado loss. Apparently was concerned with the way Frank looked on the court (beyond his normal intensity). Since then, Frank has been re-evaluating his coaching style.

Suppose he told him to key on defense like they did last year. They looked like it against Baylor.

I was advised that Frank's big step in couching is that, he needs to start being a more supportive coach rather than a forceful pushy coach. I for one like that intense, over the top attitude. He also was heard saying, that he feels like he needs to be a better leader, and that will allow for a leader to step up in his players... Just a little useless info, I got the other day!

Ya He said in a interview at practice prior to Baylor that he hasn't done a good job of leading and he can't expect anyone to step up as a leader until he shows then how to.
