Title: The Positives
Post by: Lynch on January 18, 2011, 08:14:19 AM
JO Had a carrier night
First 8 Minutes of the game looked good
Asprilla wouldn't have helped
Judge looked comfy getting some extra rest for the long season  :Salute:
At least it was a "fast" 40 minutes  :palm:

So I have a new plan to get K-State to be the best team in the Nation, you ready?

It's called the Mike Anderson plan: Have as many kids as possible, make a ton of friends, and use my extended family.  That way, I will always have a pipeline of talent coming in.  I mean serious, MU had a legitimate family playing out there....

The only positive I can get out of this is that there are 227 days, 16 Hours, 5 minutes till the first football game of 2011.   :Salute:   :palm:

^^^^^^^ You're Welcome for the count down. ^^^^^^^^^^^

I don't think Bob Knight will be as annoying when he starts talking about what we need to do to get better. This was extremely annoying when we were winning.

Looks like Pullen has stoped talking on twitter
KSU sports writers are melting down just as bad and it's hysterical.

I just had a huge post breaking down our guards and just finished our big guys when I accidently hit a bookmark tab which means I lost it all.  Let me summarize what I wrote:

Guards suck, you can play fun drinking games with the amount of TO's and free points we give other teams.
Bigs have no idea what a foul is, they seem to be so  when they commit one.

Sorry it’s not in more detail, I just lost motivation to retype it.   :palm:

Well.... I was taking a positive step forward in caring enough about the team to take time out of my day to write about their horribly play.  But ya, then luck again played its part in making me misclick  :'(

The Positives... everyone now realizes the preseason hype was just that, HYPE.  We are not as good as we thought we were and can now make realistic predictions of what this team can accomplish this year (and the future).

Knowing for a FACT that Football is still king?
Being able to watch games in public again now that expectations have changed.

Taking a good break from watching the game when there is 3 minutes left in either half because the 3rd string is on the floor.
