Title: Football to Basketball win ratio
Post by: KSUftw on January 13, 2011, 01:54:43 PM
All these meltdowns are affecting our thinking.  Don't you see what is happening here.  The basketball team sucking is all Bill Snyder's fault.  As the football team slowly improves each year, the basketball team goes backward.  We cannot be good at both.  Look at history...It has never been  any other way in KState history.  You can't have both.  During the Prince (Ugh) years is when the basketball team started it's climb.

It is all too obvious.  We should have seen it coming.

KSUftw, please make a graph to depict this.  TIA.   ;)

Not great news, but the Football to Basketball win ratio does have a pattern.  Lets see what happens.  This alamanc that I bought a couple years from now is FULL of misprints.  But the highlighted area is the 7 wins in football this year and the almanac shows 25 basketball wins.

We have to stop Bill Snyder.  That's the key.  If we convince him to retire and Sean (HCIW) takes over, the b-ball team will win the National Championship within 3 years.

Brilliant....good chartwork KSUftw.  We know what we have to do now...that is unless you like football more than basketball.  That will cause some problems.

Suggestions Felis?????

Lure HCBS with (http://imgtn1.ask.com/ts?t=13003221751761428779&pid=23184&ppid=9) outside Vanier to an unmarked van where we "detain" him for as long as it takes K-State bball to achieve greatness.

Lets face it, This years team already won 7 games.  Its in the books and nothing we can do about it  :typical:  Maybe the  :Salute: might make a difference in the basketball world, but either way... This years basketball record is already hard coded in the almanac.  Sorry fellas.

It's going to take a major effort for the BB team to get to 25 wins this year.  I'm predicting 19-20 which will make 2011 Football around 9-4 this year.  A good investment would be to get your football season tickets and let the BB tickets slide.  :ksuftw:

If you think about it, KSUftw's charts will make it easier to determine which sport to get tickets for.  Might even be used by the coaches for recruitment.  Wow...Snyder can tell potential recruits that it's "KSUftw calculated" to be some good years for the football team.

Thoughts???

KSUftw guarantee???

DUB makes a valid point that I wasn't considering which makes me hesitant to toss out my guarantee.  I was assuming that the 2010-2011 football games would tell us our 2010-2011 basketball record.  It COULD be possible that the 2010-2011 basketball record could tell us our 2011-2012 football record.  More research needed, I will get on it.   :lurk:
