Post by: Cole on January 11, 2011, 11:30:34 PM
it's just my personal opinion b/c i like k-states purple uni's. how come they NEVER wear their purple uniforms when they play on the road anymore???????  :typical:

i mean, the black ones are cool as hell, but i'd appreciate to see k-state playing in their true color....PURPLE. just saying..

I despise the BLACK uni's. We suck in them. Period.

I'm impartial.

Have we worn the purple unis at all this year?  Maybe the athletic department is trying to save money... just like leaving Peterson and Potuzak's name off their jerseys! ;D

I don't recall wearing the purples this year. I believe their names were left off because they were late additions to the team

What is our road record this season. Just wondering because I think it will confirm my hatred for the Black Unis.

We wore our black unis in our losses against Florida and OSU.  Whites were worn during the losses to Duke and UNLV (neutral site games).

My  post must have been stolen...Kstatenation comspiracy?????   :o

Anyway, I was thinking that Bob Huggins created the black unis for championship type games only.  Kind of like motivation to wear the kewl unis.  Just my opinion.

If I remember right, Frank said last year he left it up to the team which unis they wore. I could be wrong, but I swear I read that some where
