I would just like to take a second and say job well done to Carson Coffman on his senior season as QB for our Wildcats. The media and message boarders were pretty rough on him (including myself) throughout the year but he had a solid set of statistics (despite his athletic limitations). He threw for 2060 yards and 24 tds with a 143.06 pass efficiency rating. Furthermore, he set a KSU single-season record by completing 65% of his passes.
Many focused on his inability to scramble from the pocket or throw the deep ball but he kept us in a lot of games when our defense couldn't make a stop. For that, I thank him.

I agree...He had to deal with a lot of criticism from his own fans this season. He did a good job of managing most games and that was all he was asked to do. I'm proud of what the team did this year considering all the injuries. Kudos to them all. Next year will be progressively better.

Couldn't agree more. Carson is class personified. He conducted himself with dignity, never pouting and always playing his hardest for his school. I do believe he will be a great success in his coming future.
