Title: Ron Anderson Jr.
Post by: cf0102 on December 15, 2010, 10:00:45 PM
So I'm watching S. Florida play Auburn and there is a player named Ron Anderson Jr. that plays for S. Florida and they said that he is a K-State transfer. Anybody remember him? Maybe there's a reason why I don't remember him.

Also.....There is a special called K-State All Access that will air on ESPNU after the game, tomorrow afternoon at 5:30 and Sunday morning at 2:00 AM!

Yes. Someone correct me if im wrong but Ron was one of the people that had to go to get some more scholies for the new guys. Apparantly he is having a great year :(

This is correct Lynch.  I remember him because he was the favorite player of one of my roommates (not because he was good but because his potential was endless).  Definately a loss for K-State.

Ron Anderson was an outstanding rebounded at Kansas State.  Just couldn't shoot (dunk).

Hold up, I remember perfectly now.  Did we let him go before Sutten left?  I just hate to see a tall white guy on our team that seems worse then DK, and not have Anderson.

Yeah, Ron left in 2008 and then had to sit out a year.  This is first season back since leaving.

Thanks for the info.  I suppose the game that I see our full team with no dog house players and no Wally's with unknown situations playing, I really won’t care.  But at this time of the year, and not even sure what our teams identity is (we don't look physical, we don't look like a high tempo team, we sometimes focus on post or focus beyond the arch) I would really like to have more experienced players like Anderson and Sutton on the court.
