 5. Kansas State: The Wildcats continue to have a positive vibe from their near brush with a Final Four berth. Kansas State returns Jacob Pullen and an expectation that returnees like Curtis Kelly and Jamar Samuels will continue to blossom. Clearly the rest of the Big 12 believes in the Wildcats, as well, since they were picked to win the league for the first time.

After looking at that list, I see us in more of a #3 pre-season ranking. 

But once we beat the Zags and Dukies, move out the way because there is a new top dog.

I would love. love. love. an early season victory over historical powerhouses such as those two teams, but in reality I see our #5 ranking fair, and probably won't move too much throughout the season even if we drop 1 of those two games.   :colors:
