Yes he is a December grad. I bet he will report to campus following his bowl game. This is a great addition. Hopefully he brings a new DC with him!

Duel threat QB, has accuracy, is an experianced starting QB on a successfull team. I think this kid has all the qualities Snyder dreams about.

I firmly believe that Tuggle will have a tremendous amount of competition at the QB spot.  Daniel Sams scout videos look pretty legitimate.  It's going to be a hell of a year next year if the defense improves.
