North Texas is 0-5 at home.  No wonder they fired their coach and are moving to a new stadium.

We got this!

Last time we played a team with a mid-season coaching change it didn't turn out so well.

2nd straight week that we're playing a team that fired their head coach and his son is the starting QB!

I'm watching on ESPN3.com. Mean Green scored and we were diving all over the field for hand tackles. Our Defense is pathetic.

Hopefully the Defense misses the bus ride home and we have to get a bunch of walk-ons for the bowl game.

I guess (from what I read) that the defensive players are happy with the win and don't even feel bad about the way they play.  In the DOD, this would not be acceptable at all.  It's driving Snyder crazy.  He was so furious.  I was so furious and ashamed.  That was a pathetic display Saturday.  I would be hanging my head after a performance like that.   :typical: Time for a new DC.

Where did you hear/see this RAGE! I haven't seen any post game information so if this is true I will be  :Drink: but if it's like 2004-2005 where he basically said there is no way he will fire an assistant I will be  :cutyou: :cutyou: :64-0:

Somewhat off topic, but looks like North Texas found there next coach... Dan McCarney (http://sports.espn.go.com/dallas/ncf/news/story?id=5856208).  He is currently Florida's assistant coach and if you remember, he was formerly Iowa States head coach.  I think this is a great get for the Mean Green.

I think the Cyclones regretted firing him, especially after the Gene Chizik fiasco.  Plus, I was pulling for him to come to K-State as a coordinator when Snyder was rehired to replace Prince.

Good find. Still leave Leavitt for the getting!
