Title: Sporting Kansas City
Post by: Felis Silvestris on November 22, 2010, 10:17:14 AM
Thoughts on the name change? (http://www.kansascity.com/2010/11/17/2446676_wizards-will-kick-off-with-a-new.html?storylink=omni_popular)  I'm a little confused why the MLS is pushing so hard to brand itself so similarly to European soccer clubs.  The "Wizards" at least had a little tie into Kansas history and the Wizard of Oz.
